A Non-Profit Organization

Created in 2015 by the french artist and activist Diariata N'Diaye, App-Elles® is developed by the french non profit Resonantes in order to become an international tool, complementary to the call to emergency services, single entry point to all existing aid and resource searches.

A Safer Place (ASAP) is a New York-based non-profit organization that represents Resonantes in the US.

Its mission is to promote the development of App-Elles® in North America.
