How It Works

A more efficient SOS than a phone call or an SMS!

 Real-time connection

Users must first invite and agree to connect to each other. This relationship of trust can only be created at the initiative of the user wishing to be protected. They are the only ones who can launch an invitation to a contact to ask them to be their protector. The contact can then accept or refuse it. Each user can only have a maximum of 3 protectees and 3 protectors. This limit is intended to create commitment and strengthen the role of each other.

Once the network of trust has been created, triggering an alert will automatically send an SOS to each of the protectors. They then simultaneously receive an audible warning by push notification (15-second alarm) to inform them that one of their protected needs their assistance. By clicking on it, a screen will allow them to identify the contact in distress, locate their address, track their position in real time and listen to the sounds and voices picked up by the microphone of their mobile.

All alerts are automatically recorded and saved from the first second they are triggered. Once completed, the alert can be downloaded by the issuer and can be replayed for 15 days by all contacts who have been alerted!

 The advantages of the solution:

Simultaneous notification of several contacts,

Connection and sharing of data in real time,

Multiple receivers simultaneously or in cascade,

Interactions between transmitter and receivers,

Automatic data recording without time limit,

Reliability and a robust network

  • Without a network, the alert is recorded on the mobile then shared on the server as soon as a connection allows it

Sending an SOS

Once the alert has been triggered, your mobile displays a control screen allowing you to:

 Know who is listening

  • The profile photos of your contacts, let you know who is viewing and following the alert in real time

Specify the nature of your SOS

  • Four keys allow you to send additional information on the nature of the alert: an emergency, a request for protection, a test, an error

Call the emergency services

  • Two keys allow you to call the emergency services (911, 741 741) simultaneously with the current alert

  Stop your alert

  • a STOP key allows you to end the alert, audio and GPS sharing.

All alerts are automatically recorded and saved from the first second they are triggered

Receiving an SOS

Once the alert notification has been received, your mobile displays a follow-up screen allowing you to:

Quickly understand the nature of SOS

  • If filled in by the person in distress, an icon indicates the nature of the SOS
  • Otherwise, and depending on your understanding of the situation, you can fill in this information yourself, which will be shared with the other 2 protectors.

  Listen to the live audio

  • An audio player allows you to listen to voices and sounds live, to return to the start of the event and to resume live listening at any time (Instant replay)

  Track position in real time

  • A pointer shows you the location of your contact and follows their movements

  Get direction with a click

  • The exact address of the current alert is indicated to you and opens a GPS guidance system with a click

  Speak directly to your contact

  • A "Push To Talk" button allows you to speak directly through the speaker of the victim's mobile, without having to make a phone call (Walkie Talkie)

  Call emergency services

  • Two keys allow you to call the emergency services (911, 741 741) simultaneously with the current alert

Once stopped, the alert data remains downloadable by the issuer and replayable for 15 days by all alerted contacts!
